Who am I?

I was born in 1977 in Istanbul.
I graduated from Cerrahpaşa Faculty of Medicine. In 2006, I became a urology specialist at Istanbul Training and Research Hospital .
I wrote my specialization thesis on chronic prostatitis. I focused on microsurgery, prostate, urinary tract stones and urological oncology. I am still working at LİM KLINIK in Aksaray, Istanbul.

WHAT DO WE DO IN THE TREATMENT OF CHRONIC PROSTATITIS?

In patients with chronic prostatitis, there is inflammation and edema in the prostate. These changes in the prostate result in disruption and obstruction of the circulation of the venous and lymphatic structures around the prostate (Pelvic congestion). Therefore, simply treating the prostate will not cure prostatitis. It is necessary to correct the obstruction in these vascular structures. We have developed our TREATMENT to achieve this. Treatment program is determined individually in consultation with the patient .
OUR PROSTATITIS TREATMENT HAS THREE STAGES:
Intraprostatic injections
prostate massage
Oral medical and phytotherapeutic agents.
1. Intraprostatic injection: It is intended to reduce inflammation and edema in the prostate. For this, very thin spinal needles used in nerve numbing are preferred. The procedure is performed under sterile conditions transrectal usg. More than one injection is made, especially targeting the inflamed and calcified areas of the prostate. The content of the injection cocktail (antibiotics) pcr tests and cultures taken after prostate massage _cc781905-5cde-3194-bb3b-136bad5cf58 8 sessions are applied. Except for temporary hemospermia, it has no significant side effects.
2.Prostat massage: Prostate massage, which lasts for 5 minutes, ensures better penetration of antibiotics into the prostate. Relieves spasm by relaxing pelvic muscles
3. Oral medical and phytotherapeutic agents: Dr. Levent Turkish urology specialist and. He is a phytotherapy specialist. He will give medical and phytotherapeutic agents to each patient, specially selected and arranged . The purpose of their use is to increase blood flow in the prostate and genital organs by preventing inflammation and edema in the prostate and surrounding vessels .
